Sealed to your account. Every journal entry — reflections, prayers, moments, sermon notes — is tied to you. No one else can open or read what you write here — not other users, and not even app administrators.
Hidden from everyone — users and admins alike. Your daily rhythms, photos, and notes are never shared, surfaced, or visible to anyone. No other user can see them, and no administrator — at any level — can read your reflections. Only you hold the key.
Yours to keep or remove. You can delete any entry — or your whole account — at any time, and it is gone for good.
1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and any name you provide. When you use the journal, we store the journal entries, reflections, prayer notes, and song selections you submit. Public prayer requests submitted to the fellowship board are visible to anyone with the link, along with any name or details you choose to include.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your account information is used to authenticate you and associate your private journal entries with your account. We use your email to send account-related messages such as password resets and, if you opt in, daily rhythm reminders. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
3. Your Private Content
All journal entries are completely private — no one else can see them, not other users and not even app administrators. Your reflections, prayer notes, daily rhythms, photos, moments, sermon notes, fasting logs, and every other personal entry you create are sealed to your account alone. They are never shared with, surfaced to, or readable by anyone in the community, any other app user, or any administrator at any level. You — and only you — can open, read, edit, or delete your entries at any time.
4. Public Content
Prayer requests you submit to the fellowship board are public. Please do not share sensitive personal information, contact details, or anything you would not want others to see. You may request removal of a public request at any time.
5. Contact Messages
When you use the contact form, your name, email, and message are sent to us so we can respond to your inquiry. This information is used solely to reply to your message.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information using industry-standard practices. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
You may access, correct, or delete your account and personal data at any time. To request deletion of your account or data, please contact us through the contact page.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
